Flame Tree in AK

Hello! I read somewhere that Flame Tree is open seasonly. Does anyone know the schedule or where I can find it? I found the menu and it looks great. Can anyone offer first hand opinions? WE are going in December and want to give it a try if it is open. THANKS

While Flame Tree is supposed to be open seasonally, in the last three years I've never been to WDW without Flame Tree being open. This includes 12/01 (early dec.), 11/02, 6/03, and 12/03 (early dec.). It is a family favorite! We love purchasing and using the lunch vouchers there (you pay a set price that includes lunch, a drink later, and either popcorn or ice cream later). The vouchers are a great deal! We always get the ribs and they are just wonderful.

We were at WDW Dec., Jan., and Feb. last winter and the Flame Tree was open each time. If I remember correctly they close at 4:00 pm.
