Flags at Disney were at half mast today to honor Steve Jobs. This man touched us in so many ways.

I think it's a nice touch. Jobs was very much the embodiement of a modern-day Walt Disney. Creativity, Imagination, and finding that "doing the impossible is kinda fun."

Comparing him to Walt Disney is a good comparison. They were both very creative men with a knack to know what the public wanted and how to give it to them. They also were both very driven and demanding bosses and astute businessmen.

Steve Jobs was also one of the founders of Pixar, way back in the very beginning. So, in a fairly direct way, he's got a link to Disney, aside from the fact that both men were great innovators.
