Flag pole time?

My wife and I are going to the parks in May. We have a 12:35 lunch time at Tony's and a 1:45-2:45 Fast pass for the Jungle Cruise. My question is, how early do we have to get to the flag pole before the 3:00 parade? Will there be enough time to use the Fast pass and get there in time. Thanks

The 3 O'Clock Parade (Festival of Fantasy) gets to Town Square (flagpole area) about 3:25pm.

You'll be just fine, time-wise.
