OK, y'all, I've searched the threads and know that DCL FRRs happen on occasion, and not always, etc. However, we are already booked on the 11-day Special Southern Caribbean cruise, and I just went on DCL's website for fun to see if they would give me a discount, but I can't find out where on the site that would happen. I went to DU, and didn't want to make them work for nothing (we already have a TA and have the discount applied, but just for curiosity's sake wanted to check it out for myself). Also, I may be able to talk my husband into a quick 3- or 4-day cruise once in a while that we wouldn't be on otherwise if there was a way to tell when these came out. Anyone know how to check easily without having TAs do work they may not get paid for?

Thanks for any info!

Cindi0511, I sent you a pm.

Thanks to both of you. I was just hoping there was somewhere I could look online without having to call DCL on a daily or otherwise regular basis. :) But, c'est la vie!!

Cindy - I sent you a PM on how I get my FL resident rates without calling DCL.

We booked our upcoming September cruise (our 1st) with AAA. Will we be able to take advantage of FRR? I had read in the past that we'd be able to get the discounts when they came out but now that it's getting closer, I'm not sure I'll know what to do.

TIA

Your TA should watch for FL resident rates and apply them for you (DU does!) if they don't, you need to call them when they do come out and get them to adjust your rate.

My TA is unreliable. I will have to watch closely, I don't want to miss out on any available savings. Should have gone with DU! Live & learn :goodvibes

my travel agent is great! And she frequents these boards ;) . I have a feeling she'll let me know if FL Res rates become available for my cruise. Even if FL Res rates come out, they may not be any cheaper than the group rate we've got. Right now on the DCL website, it would be $3,500 more to book our Sept cruise than what we paid.
