If they do it the same way as the PAP, you'll have to go to vacation services in either park. I would recommend getting there early and doing it first thing- the line just gets longer as the day goes on. In IOA it's directly to your left after you enter and I think the same with USO but the person at the turnstyle will tell you.

We purchased the 15 month Power Pass also from AAA and used it this weekend. What a wonderful deal!! The ticket that you receive from AAA is used like a regular ticket at the gate. After it is scanned by the machine at Universal(I don't know the location for IOA is located) the attendent will tell you to go over to something services. That is located on your right side after entering the gate. Give them the ticket and they will have you fill out a short form to send discounts and etc to you. They then will take your picture. After that, you will receive your card and off you go. Its a really good feeling on knowing that you can go as often as you would like at the price. The blackout dates don't bother me one bit. I am ready to go back. All that we have to worry about next time is just our lodging at the Hard Rock, of course!!
