When in search of my 2nd question, I saw on the ticket board about an Epcot after 4 pass. I didn't think this was offered anymore. Anyone know?

My second question: On the disneyworld.com site I saw something being offered for 2 waterparks and Disney quest for $49.99. The link was not working. Does anyone know the details?
