FL Waterpark Help

Ok, we ruled out Wet N Wild due to reviews from DIS. Now are looking at either Adventure Island in Tampa Or Aquatica in Orlando. We are staying on the Gulf Coast, so Tampa is closer.

Any thoughts?

Aquatica is a fantastic park

Adventure Island is wonderful! We used to go 3 or 4 times a summer when the kids were a little younger. It's a great park with lots of "rides" Definitely no negatives there.

Never heard of Aquatica, sorry.

I'd have to go with Dzorn on BB or TL. If I'm in FL and I can't go to a WDW water park, I just don't go.

WE only go to the Disney water parks, however, I know several people that were not impressed at all with Aquatica and that they wouldn't recommend it or go back. I have been there myself.

If you're on the Gulf Coast, and are planning on going to Busch Gardens (I highly recommend it! It was a great day!), I think they do a combo pass that's several days at BG and at their waterpark.
