FL Tours ?????????????

Has anyone used FL Tours and what was your experience I have only used mears in the past and will be traveling with 8 people on this trip so I was thinking of FL Tours if not do you have anyother service you recomend thanks for all your help

I have used them in the past and will again in December. Always had good service, good drivers. No complaints.

Used them in August and will be again in November. Had fine service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Used them last September and would never use them again. Our driver was not co-operative, talked on his cell phone the whole time, missed the turn off for CBR and was generally obnoxious. We had booked round trip, but were so unhappy we arranged for other transportation back to airport rather than use his car again.

Here is the review I posted a week or so ago from our trip at the end of Sept:

FL Tours review from our trip
To start off, we had a last-minute change of plans. We were supposed to fly in on Sunday around noon, and be picked up by FL Tours. Due to Jeanne, we flew in late Friday night and went to an airport hotel, and needed to be picked up by FL Tours on Saturday, a day earlier than expected; we changed our plans on Thursday (the day before we left), which was less than 48 hours notice. DH called FL Tours to see if they could still get us with such short notice, and Andy (I'm guessing that's who he talked to) was very nice, and said the earliest they could put us down for was noon, since they were full the rest of the morning, but he'd call if they could get us earlier. About 10:45 or so on Saturday, we were just hanging around the airport hotel, waiting, and sure enough, someone from FL Tours called and said they could be there in about 15 minutes. Renata picked us up in the van, which was really clean, air conditioner running, and she was so nice, we really liked her. She helped to load our luggage, had the booster seat for my DS waiting in the seat of the van; the booster seat was a newer Graco, very similar to the one we use at home, and it was in excellent condition; no stains, tears, or anything like that. She had a DVD player in the van and popped Toy Story in for the boys to watch on the way to the resort. She was a great driver, didn't go too fast (or too slow, lol), very safe, no sudden lane changes or anything like that, talked with us off and on, very friendly. We were a little nervous about the hurricane, and she told us a little of what to except, things like that. When we got to Movies, she helped us unload our luggage, wrote out our receipt, went over our pickup date and time, and didn't have a problem at all when I asked to change the time to allow DH to do some shopping at the airport. Gave us the number and said to let them know if we had any other transportation needs during our visit and promised that Andy would call us the day before to confirm our pickup. On Sunday afternoon, there was a message waiting for us from Andy. He was just confirming the time and location to pick us up, very nice sounding, left the number for any questions, which we didn't have any. On Monday morning, we were a couple minutes behind getting out to meet the driver, but Ricardo was there waiting for us, booster seat in place, doors open, helped us load our luggage, stroller, etc., very friendly and polite. He was also an excellent driver, talked with us some, asked about our stay and had Toy Story starting when we got in the van. He dropped us off right at the Delta ticket counter, helped unload our luggage and made sure we were all set, and he was off.

It was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely use FL Tours again.

Just got back from WDW and used FL Tours without complaint. They were prompt each leg of our journey and left messages in our rooms letting us know when they would next appear.

Wow, this is like the first negative review of FL Tours I have read. We used them twice, both times I had great drivers, comfortable clean cars and most of all felt safe. Could you please expand as to what you meant by the driver was not cooperative and generally obnoxious? Sorry you had a bad experience but it seems more of the exception than the rule. Based on the service we received I would highly recommend them.

WOW is right. Are you sure it was FL TOURS? Please forgive me I’m not trying to proclaim we are perfect although
God knows we try our hardest. But I have never heard of such complains. Did you get in touch with anyone about this in our company? What action was taken if you know? We normally collect the round trip fare. Did we refund the unused portion of your payment? Please forgive me; I do not recollect any of it. I’m a big part of the operation. I must know. I care about what’s going on with our operation.

Just got back 10/16. We had a very pleasant experience with FL Tours. Renata and Sahid were our drivers. Very nice, good drivers. Renata was especially helpful to my sister who had her luggage mistakenly taken from baggage claim.
Andy, we will be using your company again in the future!

We also used FL Tours in January, and plan to use them again this January. They were reliable, courteous and clean. I definitely recommend them.

I am trying to find the cheapest way from the airport to CBR. We will be arriving this Thursday. It will be my dh, sil, myself and my 2 year old. I thought about using Mears but I have heard it can take awhile to get to your hotel. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We used FL Tours in both April and August/Sept. Both times everything was wonderful. They were always prompt, curteous, helpful, and the cars were very clean.

Andy was very supportive during my entire hurricane Frances ordeal. I would use them again without hesitation.

BTW - we used Mears once - never again - almost 3 hours to the hotel after waiting for the bus to fill and making way too many stops. My vacation time is too valuable to save $20.
