I've been trying to make a reservation with FL Tours and I'm not having any luck. I put my information into their website and did not receive the immediate confirmation e-mail. I've also sent an e-mail to their reservation e-mail address about my confirmation and haven't had a reply. I was expecting better communications from a board sponsored towncar service especially seeing as their rates seem to be the highest. Has anyone else experienced a problem like this? If so, how did you handle it.

Have you considered calling them on their toll free number?

Thanks for the information about the toll-free number. I'm hard of hearing and prefer to do as much as possible on the web. If I haven't heard from them by e-mail by the end of the weekend, I will make that call.

you may also want to make sure that you do not have an e-mail filter (to prevent spam) that is blockinh their reply.

Thanks for the reply about the problems with e-mail from your website, Andy. I just went out to the new Client Services portion and was able to print a copy of my reservation confirmation. I feel much better now. :D

I booked Fl Tours the early part of last week and have been waiting for a "prompt" repy which at this point has not come. But I went to the client services part and my ressie is on there. A HUGE load off my mind!:rolleyes:
