FL Tours--will they call me to confirm

Will FL Tours call the day before I leave to reconfirm? I thought I read they did, but I can't remember for sure now. If they don't, should I call them?

Andy will send you an email with your reservation details with instructions on how to contact them if there is an error.

On the night before you leave your resort to come home, you will get a voice mail on your resort phone just confirming pickup details.

9) What is the procedure to confirm our return pick up from resort back to the airport?
Your return schedule is based on the information you provided us when you made reservation and is made before you actually get to Orlando. The driver who brings you to your resort will then attempt to confirm it with you. Just for your information, your return pick up is scheduled typically two hours prior to your departure time. Since 30min. is the most you would need to get from either Disney or Universal resorts to Orlando airport, we believe one hour and half is sufficient for you to get through security to make your flight on time. If you feel you need more or less time, we can change It for you. If you are staying at either Disney or Universal resorts, FL TOURS would call you the night before at your resort confirming your return pick up. In order for us do this successfully, it is important that we have both the first and last name of the person who is registered at the resort where you are staying.

I did mean the confirmation before I leave home, but I will make sure to arrange return pickup from the resort, and I gave my first and last name on the reservation, so I guess I'm covered all the way around!

I just nearly posted this identical question. You beat me to it Steph!
I booked over the phone so I know I won't get an email confirmation. I was hoping I'd get a phone call. I like to confirm everything before we go.

We will call you at your resort the night before to reconfirm your return pick up time. However, unless we have some concern or question on your reservation we do not call you at home to confirm your arrival in to Orlando. But you are more than welcome to call and confirm.

Thanks Andy. I think I will call to confirm since I think the only phone # you have is my husband's cell phone. Just like to double check myself.
