This was our first town car experience. I was a little nervous because FL Tours had received some bad reviews right before our trip. I emailed Andy and let him know I had some concerns because of the reviews. Apparently, Andy was having a hard time confirming by email and he telephoned me at home the day before our trip to reassure me there would be a driver to pick us up and make our grocery stop.
Our plane was on time. Andre' was at baggage claim to greet us. He already knew which carousel our luggage was on and escorted us there. A little chit chat while we waited for our luggage. He and DH took care of the bags. We made our grocery stop at Publix. He drove us to SSR and retreived a cart for our luggage and groceries. He helped DH with our things while I checked us into the resort.
We received a confirmation call the night before our departure (from Andy). We had a different driver on the way back. I do not remember his name. He was just as courteous and helpful.
