We just got back from a wonderful trip at POR, and wanted to post yet another vote of confidence for FL Tours. Our plane got in about 25 minutes early in Orlando, and when I gave a call to let them know we were so darn early, Andy (at least I think it was Andy) let us know our driver had just pulled up outside.
We got our 30 minute stop to our favorite Publix (gotta love that you don't need a store club card to get their sales), and Andy (again I'm pretty sure it was him, I was too tired from the previous night to catch his name when he mentioned it) was there for the saddest part of any WDW Trip, the journey back to the airport.
I feel that I should mention that neither driver treated us any diverently than they would any other customer. As a couple of young looking 24 year olds, we've run into some very condasending (sp?) people, including another towncar company once asking my then girlfriend (now fiance) "Don't you want to wait for your parents?" when she hoped in the car and closed the door.
The cars were immaculatly clean, and I would not hesitate to use them in the future.
By the way, has anyone noticed that their logo make a smiley face? (Palm trees as eyes, sun as the nose, and sand as the mouth).
