FL Tours trouble making reservations?

I'm having trouble making reservations with FL Tours from the DIS website. Anyone know how to get around this? The prices are cheaper through DIS, but I've tried 3x to get a reservation and an error keeps coming up.

It seems to be working fine for me. You can send an email to customercare@fltours.com and let them know about the error message you are getting.

Thanks. Did it charge you for the extra $10 fee for the gas price increase? On the DIS link it wasn't charging you for that. But on the regular FL Tours website it was.

When I just went in it was charging a $25 surcharge through the Dis!

I guess it's working on the DIS site now, but I'm just not getting as good of a deal.

Does anyone know where the grocery stop are? It says they won't stop at Wal-Mart, Costco and Sam's.

Do you get 30 minutes from the time they drop you off to the time you need to be outside the door with your goods? Or can you be in the checkout lane at that 30 minute mark?
