Tony with Florida Tours picks me up and takes me to the Dophin with great service on Sunday morning. While checking in, I'm looking for my license...can't find it anywhere. It was in a very small separate travel wallet. I call the airline, the airport, take apart my luggage. I'm panicked. Then occurs to me...wonder if it fell out of pocket or purse. I call Florida tours and talk with Hatin. He says I'll check it out. He calls me back...YES it's in the car back at the lot. So now what? Hatin arranges to have it brought to me at the Dolphin that afternoon!!! What a sigh of relief and amazing service.
Now you think the story ends there... oh no. I'm actually on a biz trip and due to an unexpected meeting, have to be at the office early Monday afternoon. I was scheduled for pickup at 5:30. I call Monday morning and Mo finds a way to get me to the new location in plenty of time of time for my meeting!!! Thank you FL TOURS
