FL tours or tony Hines question

Tony Hines quote came back $50 cheaper than the FL tours for my round trip transportation for family of 6. However, FL tours I have been impressed with their communication. The service quotes I got for my round-trip services all include the same things (grocery stop etc) but the $50 less with tony Hines. Any issues with this company? I want to save the money if possible but don’t want to experience a non show pick up and drop off with 4 kids in tow.

We had excellent service from Tony Hinds in January, including the driver being a few minutes early for a Sunday 6:30 AM pickup. We haven’t used FL Tours so can’t comment on them; both companies get good reviews here, as you know. I do think that Tony’s operation is smaller than FL Tours, which might explain the lower price, but I also think it’s been growing steadily since DME ended.

Tony Hinds is a valid company and has a clean record
I use him quite a bit and have had excellent service

There are quite a few transportation companies that also have excellent service.

He does a lot of repeat service from those that use him.

Fl Tours is highly thought of also
I have not read anything negative about their service

We used FL tours years ago (twice). We had nightmare flight issues and were really late (unexpectedly as we had to clear customs in the US, which is NOT NORMAL for Canadians) and they were great. A little stressed, but great. We ended up with a limo instead of a car the first time! Based on that experience I would use them again. But this was many years ago and pre-pandemic.
