FL Tours - great experience

From the on-line booking, confirmations, to the 3 different pick-ups - they were fantastic! If I ever have the opportunity to do a Florida trip again - I would book Florida Tours again in a minute!

My wife used FL Tours this week (our first time with this company). She was traveling alone and ran into these issues:

- They were 20 minutes late for pickup (ok . . . everyone can run into traffic).
- When my wife called the toll-free number to inquire about the driver, all she got was an answering machine).
- When she called me (who made the travel arrangements), I was able to get a hold of FL Tours. They suggested I contact my wife and have her walk from baggage claim, outside to where the limos wait. They said her driver was waiting there.
- Well in fact, that's when we found out the driver was just late, because he pulled up about 5 minutes later.

For the return trip, my wife never received the "courtesy call to the hotel". Given the uneasiness of the above situation, I contacted FL Tours. It was the morning of her flight. I received the voice mail and asked for a return call confirming the details I left them.

Two hours later, I still didn't hear. I kept calling until someone answered and confirmed.

On a good note, the drivers were excellend and polite. The boards here seem to be very positive about this. Hopefully, it was an isolated incident.

We too had a fabulous experience with FL Tours! The courtesy call was a great, albeit sad, reminder of what time we needed to be ready to depart. we also used them for transportation from Poly to Universal...wonderful for that too! We will be using them again for our October trip.
