We are Florida residents, family of 4, and used our GAD tickets on Mother's Day. We now want to upgrade to MYW with WP&M option. I understand we would get 2 options with the one day pass. I'm assuming we would have to use the water park tickets within 14 days from our May 9th visit? If I'm figuring right, we could upgrade as FL residents for $18.10 pp adult, and $19.20 pp child?

Yes, you'd have to use the options with 14 days of first use of the ticket.

I'm not sure where your numbers come from though. The WPFM option for FL Residents is $26+tax, for both adult and child.

Your tickets have the value of a one day, one park, pass; which is $79 adult/$68 Ages 3-9. The tickets can be upgraded to WPF&M for $27.70 each, including tax. As a one-day ticket they will each pick up two minor park entries and the tickets will be valid through Midnight May 22 (Saturday).

If I get a $79.00 credit for my GAD, I believe my upgrade would cost $18.10 for an adult? The $26 is based on an advanced purchase ticket of $71.10?

I think you are calculating in the wrong direction anyways, but you wouldn't get the advanced puchase price credit anyways if you are upgrading a GAD ticket.

You redeemed the GAD voucher for the one-day base ticket. That ticket has a value no matter if you are FL resident or not of $79 for an adult.

As a FL resident you can add park hopping and WPFM for $26+tax a piece to that ticket.

Even if you were doing this with an advanced purchase FL Resident 1-day ticket that you have already used, the upgrade cost would STILL be $26+tax, because the ticket still has a gate price worth of $79.

Got it! Thanks, my head is reeling with numbers. So I'd get 2 WP&M passes per person for $26, out of pocket $104. I wish I had time to upgrade and use the FL res. dream pass, but that would be tough, but for $80 what a deal...the other option would be to upgrade to the 3-day play pass with the 6 month exp. bringing ticket price to around $27 and out of pocket $231. What I'd really like is the MYW 3 day with no exp. but that bumps my daily price to $40 and my out of pocket to $327, which doesn't really make good sense because another promo will probably come out beating that daily price. (Can you tell I don't have oodles of money here?!) We are lucky if we get to go to Disney just once a year. We spent 14 hours at Magic Kingdom on Sunday, rope drop to fireworks, and I had the best Mother's Day ever!

Hi! One more clarification please. I'm using my GAD voucher in June and am planning to add the WP&M option. Are ya'll saying that I could get the WP&M and PH option for a total add on of $26 or did you mean WP&M or PH for $26? Thanks for your help!

Each option is a separate $26 charge on a FL resident ticket.
