FL Resident Package Option Question

I've been to Disney numerous times as I'm fortunate enough to live 3 hours away. We are passholders so we've never booked a package. I was wondering if any of you know if there is a package available to FL residents or passholders in general who do not need tickets as part of their package? I'm weighing the costs of booking a stay with a dining plan if it is even possible to do since we don't need tickets. Any information would be helpful. Thanks!

If you are a passholder you can add the dining plan without buying tickets. You can book it with the passholders discount when they have one or pay rack rate. We just purchased AP's and we leave for our trip in 5 days and we added the dining plan.
