FL resident options in July

Hi, My sis and her family are Florida residents but are Disney newbies. They will be joining us for 4 days during our trip this July. Are there any discount tickets for FL residents that are valid during July? Most seem to have blackout dates during the summer.

June 6th-August 13th is blackout dates.

So only option would be to buy full price day tickets or do AP's. Florida residents do get discounts on AP's and can do monthly payments, but they would have to get the regular one and not seasonal one to avoid black out dates.

So for 4 days in July. If they plan on going back again for even just one more trip for a day or two, they'd get their money's worth with the AP's. Not to mention free parking for everyone their with in the car and discounts at stores

That's all I could find as well, but I hoped I was missing something. Is there anyplace better than Undercover Tourist for locals to buy tickets?
