You CAN purchase those passes at any hotel concierge or at any park entrance (TTC if it's Magic Kingom you're going to). The only passes you can't purchase at the hotels are the annual/seasonal passes because they don't have the proper equipment. Just have your Florida ID and you're all set. Have fun!
