FL res rate? $59?

I read on another board that values were going for as low as $59. Has anyone gotten that for either AP or FL res? I haven't seen anyone post a FL rate!

That was the email or postcards rate.

That was also last Junes AP rate. This year it seems to have gone up to $74 which was last years moderate AP rate.
