Fix the DVC website!

I learned the secret to getting into the website without waiting in a queue just to log in (so annoying) is to go on at 3am EST apparently so if I just stay up til 1am my time whenever I need to log in I’m all set haha…sarcasm

For the love of god - the SURVEY is broken! Cleared cookies, incognitio, STILL can barely get in, get the survey, select North America, and then this. Repeatedly. Can't get past this part. Every time I select, it blanks out and recycles.
