I got Five Star Bat Magic!



I have had Bat Magic for many months, I got it in a trade. With the recent re-release I've been playing lots of Fireworks and bought four more magics, combined them and got me a Fire Star Bat Magic.

Congrats, I'm working on that 2. I currently only have a 1 star but had to get one for my sister. Now at 3700 credits and trying to play mini-games that dont boot me...

Thanks Grumpy - Yuk yuk... So someone's been reading my posts? I mean, actually reading them? Gwarsh! I'm touched! LOL Oh and the term I think you're looking for is... Goofy!

Lax - That was nice of you to get a Bat for your Sister! And as for yourself, it sounds cliche, but you keep plugging away at those mini-games, and it'll pay off. Hard work? Frustrating? Oh sure... but it's worth it in the end!

I love doing my new Bat while waiting for Fireworks to start. Inevitably someone else will kick off their Bat and there's two of us floating around... but mine will last longer and while they turn back into a human, I'm still flapping around. Ahh... Satisfaction every time.

Buy in short how did I do it?
(1) Fireworks - For me that's 675-1300 credits per go.
(2) Yeti Vision Level 3 (must wait 5mins between plays) - 250 credits
(3) Playing Music (must wait 15mins between plays) - 25 credits.

Play a FW game. Log off. While logging back on play Yeti L3. Once back on, and if it's been at least 15m, play music. Repeat.

I also play lots of Yeti while VMK is closed (for example, between reading/replying to posts this morning I've earned 3k credits so far).

Oh, and you may think it's impossible to get 240k at FW. It isn't. It just takes practice and determination. It took a few months of regular play, but I can get that score probably 99% of the time. My Dad who plays VMK (and is near 60 years old and doesn't play games!) is nearly there... He isn't there yet, but he's been playing VMK since June and can now regularlly get over 200k and is improving! Won't be much longer...

For some reason my computer kicks me out of vmk, and I get high enough scores in fireworks to get 270,000 . I'll be playing and very suddenly (happens in fireworks and mansion) it will kick me back to the login screen!! I would rather have dc than this!

I could not play before yesterday the fireworks game but I managed to buy me four more bat magic but I just dont want to combine them I would need five more otherwise

I remember last time bat magic was for sale. They gave us a week's notice and I was able to come up with about 80,000 credits in about a week (give or take a couple thousand). However, when bat magic came out the first time, they had the mini-games giving out almost double the amount of credits. So when I played fireworks, I was getting about 2300 credits per game, lol.

I wish they kept the credits like that...

My advice for getting five-star bat is, like the OP's, fireworks, fireworks, and some more fireworks!!

Alionette - Strange, that would stink though! Does it happen every time you play, or just randomly? You might try what I did for a while when the dc monster was frequent - and that's logging off/on after each game. That seemed to "refresh" my character and drastically reduced my dc (as in near zero dc).

Kasiks - I actually bought a total of 7 Bats. I combined to make a 5* (using one I already had) and still have three for future trades!

Dis-Wiz, all I ever hear is how difficult it was to get credits back in the day and you're telling me the prizes were double what they are now? I'm confused. But good on-ya on the 80k regardless!

Yeah. I had a 2 star bat and just combined another pin for a 3 star. My goal is to do a 5 star. I have enough pins right now to do it (more than enough actually), but don't want to use up all my pins. So now I need to get a few more tomorrow to have my 5 star and have extras to trade away later.

The extra credits were only given out for a little while. I think (if I remember right) it was only for one month (or less). Then it settled to lower credits, but still slightly higher than before.

Wow you guys are lucky! I can't get even one bat magic. I also stink at the games! Hehe and...the last bat magic I traded for....got bat napped! Gwarsh...it's my luck.
