Fitnessroom at AKL

Did one of you use the fitnessappliences at AKL?
I am wondering if there are Slender you-benches over there.
Some hotels do have them and I am kind of addicted.
I visit the Slender You Studio down here all the time

Okay, that's sad news for me.
Now I have to survive two weeks without slendering.
I love this board even the strangest questions get an answer

I'm a fitness gal myself....

AKL has one of the best fitness / weight rooms at WDW. There are machines to walk on and lots of weight machines and "free weights" . Even though the machines are not identical to what you use in Europe( and they were different than what I use at home), you will be able to get a great workout....if going to the parks doesn't exhaust you.
