Does anyone know if there are yoga classess / sessions offered onboard? If so, do they have equipment for everyone - mats, blocks, straps etc. for us flexiblity challenged folks... :rotfl:

Yes, there is a variety of classes offered, from yoga to cardio. They provide everything. I only took the yoga class, but they provided mats for that, and from reading the description of the classes, it sounds like they provided all necessary equipment for the other types of classes.

Is there a list somewhere of all the classes they offer on a 7 day cruise? And costs?

Thanks

You should take a look at recent Eastern or Western navigators (they can be found on www.dcltribute.com ...take a look a the links in the lower left corner of that homepage. The "Platinum" link has the best.) Although the classes and days they are offered will be different on your cruise, it gives you a good idea of what they have. DCL toyed with charging $10 for classes, but that has since stopped (thankfully!), at least since our cruising in Oct.

Make sure to sign up earlier rather than later. The room is very small, and the list gets long quickly. That said, I was pretty far down the wait list for a class, and I was able to get in. It was very interesting to try to do lunges while the ship was rocking. Even more interesting to use the balance ball - LOL.
