Fitness classes? Rainforest sauna?

I've read on here that the workout room is free, but how about the guided walks, yoga and other fitness classes. I've read Navigators with abdominal classes and personal training sessions with a fee - are the other fitness classes and seminars free? Do you have to register for them? Is there a fitness ball for use in the weight room or some secret exercise/aerobics studio?
Info on the rainforest package indicates a gentle sauna - how warm is it? Is the rainforest package worth it? When we started planning it was $50 for the 7D cruise and now it's $75. Note that I live in and hate humidity. Some steam rooms are pleasant to me, but I love a dry hot sauna. Need advice from those who have spent time in the rainforest areas and exercise classes. I'm trying so hard not to panic while packing for our first ever cruise...

For a short time, there was a charge for the classes, but now they are free again.
The "gentle sauna" in the Rainforest is very gentle, but one of the steam rooms is pretty intense. You may want to try it out with a one day pass first.

When the price was $50, I felt that it was worth it, but with the new price I'll probably just go day-by-day. At $75, you basically have to go to the rainforest room every single day to make it worthwhile. If you spend the embarkation day getting aquainted with the ship, and then spend one of your port days mostly off of the ship, and don't go to the rainforest room on those days, you only have 5 days left to use it. $15 x 5 = $75, so you might as well have just paid as you go.
