Fitness Center hours?

Not that anyone but me wants to...or should...workout while cruising...but, is it open 24 hours or is there an Open to Close time I should know about?

In checking a past Navigator (http://disneycruiselineblog.com/personal-navigators/) it's open 6am-10pm.

The fitness centers tend to be busy in the morning, various yoga/exercise groups then mellows out later in the day, or at least that was the way it was on our cruise.
