If you use this and the WATP tapes how do you enter it?
Iwas lurking around that site and thought that it might help me count the cals closer.

ANY help on that site is appreciated. likes dislikes

I can't really help you on entering the tapes in because I only did the food portion. I was just trying to get an idea of exactly how much I was eating.

I really liked the site; however, I did find it tedious entering in each little food, condiment, splash of milk, etc. Seemed like it took forever, but it was very enlightening.

How far do you walk with the WATP tape and how long does it take to cover that distance? There should be an option in the ativities section that lets you enter walking at either a certain pace or a certain amount of miles. I power walk and enter my data at a pace of 4.5 miles an hour for a 45 minute session. They didn't have an option for rollerblading, but there is one for rollerskating so I use that one instead. You might have to just come up with something that is as close to the activity as you can find. Anyway, it is just an estimate of the calories burned during that activity.

I really like the weight loss graph from the reports section. Even if the loss per week is less than a pound, it's still nice to watch the graph go DOWN! :) And the where are my calories coming from and the am I burning the calories I eat feature are nice too.
 
P.S. If you eat mostly the same thing every day, there is a feature on the food list section that you can select - ALL RECENT FOODS. A list of what you have entered recently will appear and you can just click off the boxes of all the foods you ate that day, slick the add foods button and then adjust the portion sizes. I just recently discovered that feature and it is a time saver!
 

All righty, glo helped me out with this same question some time ago. Since I do the 2 mile walk in 30 minutes, that equates to 4 miles an hour, and so I record it as thus, whether I do the 1 mile, 2 mile or 3 mile tapes. HTH
 
I knew that there had to be something I was missing.
So far I'm figuring out each section 1 a day. Don't want everyone to see the smoke coming from my brain:D .
