Will I need a florida non resident fishing license to fish the lake? Is there a fee I will have to pay disney? Can I fish from shore? Is there a limit to the area I can fish?

Florida fishing license ,,no, you won't need one as long as you fish Disney property. Disney is private property and it is legal to fish private propertry in Florida without a license.
There is no fee to pay,,believe it when I say Disney is already charging you plenty.
Yes, you can fish the shore, but it can be difficult with all the grass and weeds that grow. However, if you don't mind doing a little dading and/or use some weedless rigs , you can do fine.
And lastly,, do not fish from any beach area, or any docks or dock areas and fishing is catch and release only.

You can fish the ponds on Fort property, the canals, and the lake.
