I am new to this site and think I would like to join FS for our cruise. But how do we do that?

You need to look up your cruise. At the top of the page is a list of "Find your 2014 (or whatever year) Dream (or whatever ship it is) cruise meet link here"

Click on that thread and scroll down the list of dates on the first post to find your cruise. If there's a meet already going, there will be a link there to click on. If there isn't one, just make a post just like the one you made here (be sure to include the ship and date in the subject line) and post it to the Cruise Meet Thread general forum. It will get linked to your date and others will find it.

FEs are generally handled through the Cruise Meet threads.
