Fish Extender Program 4/11-4/14 Disney Magic

HELLO ALL I am in need of some help. I have NO IDEA what I am doing when it comes to the fish extender program.
This will be our first Disney Cruise. (we have cruised Carnival 7x) After reading blogs I have learned about the extender program... I would like to partake in it however I fear it is too late. We just booked our cruise Monday and leave this coming Friday the 11th.
Any information would be great.
