What's the best counter service for fish & chips?

I've only seen fish and chips at the counter service in the UK in EPCOT. But granted, these are not something I normally keep an eye out for. So there may be other places.

DD got fish and chips from the kids menu at California Grill, but that is not counter service

Love, love, love the counter at UK in Epcot. We have to go there at least once every trip to have the fish and chips. AWESOME!

Columbia Harbor House in the MK has respectable fish and chips. The fish and chips at the United Kingdom are okay, but they can be a bit overly greasy at times.

The fish and chip counter at the UK is a must do for me every trip. The fries are so much better then what you find at the other cs places. The fish can be greasy sometimes though, especially if it's busy.

My brother always gets the fish from Columbia Harbour House in the MK. He seems to enjoy it.
