Fish and Chips - what kind of fish?

I see recommendations for fish and chips at Rose and Crown, and Columbia Harbour House, etc. but I was wondering what kind of fish is it that they serve? I'm kind of picky about fish (can't stand cod!) and I would definitely want to know before I made any plans.

I believe the Rose and Crown is the traditional cod. Not sure on the other place.
