Firworks before MVMCP?

Does anyone know if they have Wishes before the start of the party? I know they have them during the MVMCP, however I'm wondering if they have them for the people that don't go to the party. Thanks in advance.

No, the park closes to day guests at 6pm which is to early for fireworks. On MVMCP and MNSSHP nights they do not do fireworks for the day guests, only at the party itself.
