First week of November

We were there last year at that time, and it was busier than I thought it would be. Bear in mind, it was our first trip and I have nothing to compare it to!
We still got to do everything we wanted to do but, as we are from Australia, we were there for 12 nights but definitely didn't do full days. We struggled to get up in the morning due to the time differences, and we also had an almost 2 year old which slowed us down too! So we probably arrived at the parks about 11am each day and would leave in the afternoon. On the days we had MNSSHP and MVMCP, we only went to MK and go there between 4pm and 5pm and stayed late.
Hope that helps!

You're there during the Food and Wine festival so a little more crowded than you'd probably expect, but overall still pretty low in terms of crowds vs. something like spring break. It also depends on when you're talking about as well, with the Food and Wine marathon weekend being November 6-7 any days before and after and especially those two days will have some increased crowds. November 1-2 likely not nearly as bad.

Also keep in mind that Oct. 31-Nov 6 is also Jersey week this year, making it even busier

We went the first ten days of November in 2012. Our trip report is at
http://www.bochnik.com/disneynov2012/nov2012.htm
Due to the way the calendar worked that year we were able to do both the Halloween and Christmas parties. Crowds were very manageable. Food and Wine at Epcot would be packed on the weekends so go mid-week.
A previous poster mentioned Jersey Week, but that's only one of fifty states. Jersey Week has more of an impact on flights down from the Philly/New York airports.

We are going that week, so how busy will it be? My DH wants to wait and go the week of 11/14.

Touring Plans has Jersey week ranked pretty low crowds but looking at historical #s ; last year 2014 Jersey week was in the 6/10 category. I do not want that kind of crowds. I know it's hard to predict but how far off was Touring Plans on their predicitions last year, anyone know?

It does get busy, I think that it will make a difference this year too with Halloween and the race on either side. The week of the 14th will for sure be less crowded...that is a great week to be here!

Thanks, I hate missing MNSSHP though and F&W, I think I may get one day at F&W if we wait until 11/14.
And I'm not sold on MVMCP yet. But and it's the important one. I don't like crowds so maybe I just have to deal. I have to already accept my new accommodations, might as well go all out and change it up from our normal routine.

F&W ends on the 16th this year...the last weekend is always crazy busy with locals (especially Saturday), I usually head over on the last day because its on Monday, it is not busy, and everything is still in full swing.
