First Visit to DLR/Need Dining Recommendations

My family will be visiting DLR for the first time and I would appreciate some recommendations for dining. We would be interested in both counter and full service restaurants.
I would also be interested in any information on Disney's Character Warehouse in Fullerton. Is it worth the trip? What kind of merchandise do they have?

You will probably get many different answers here as far as food goes! The same place someone loves, another dislikes!

But here go my favorites, hope that helps:

In Disneyland Park - Table service for us #1 is Cafe Orleans!! Counter service we like Plaza Inn and Rancho Del Zocalo

In California Adventure Park - Table service we like Ariel's Grotto. Counter Service we like Pacific Wharf Cafe.

In Downtown Disney - our two absolute favorites are Tortilla Joe's and Rainforest Cafe. It's the only two places we will eat after trying everything at least once over the years!

In the Grand Californian Hotel - White Water Snacks is awesome! Good food and good prices!
