got all the ADRs I was hoping for at the times I was hoping for (give or take 1/2 hour). We are on the DDP so 1 TS meal a day for 8 nts. (we're there for 9 nts. but first night is resort-only reservation so DDP doesn't start 'til next day) Also, we plan on spending the last 2 days at Universal parks, so I needed to squeeze 8 TS meals into the first 6 days.

2/24 - Arrive ~ DTD & T-Rex for dinner
2/25 - 8:00 a.m. Tusker House Donald's Safari breakfast (AK for day)
..........6:00 p.m. Chef Mickey's for Dinner (early bedtime tonight)
2/26 - 8:00 a.m. Askerhus Princess Breakfast (EP for day)
2/27 - MK for day, possible nap break & back to MK for 6:00 Cinderella Royal Table for Dinner & Wishes
2/28 - Wild Card/Rest Day - 6:00 Coral Reef for dinner (EP)
3/1 - 12:00 Hollywood & Vine play & Dine for Lunch (HS for day)
3/2 - 8:00 a.m. Crystal Palace breakfast - 2nd MK day
3/3 - Universal
3/4 - Universal
3/5 - home :(

We're early risers (me & DD up by 5:30, DS not long after) and like to do majority of our stuff first thing in the a.m. DD still naps so on MK and EP days we'll probably go back to the room for a nap and then head back to the park for a few hours in the evening and grab CS meal at the parks. For HS and AK we'll probably try to soldier straight through the day 'til 4:00 or 5:00 (she'll most likely cat nap in the stroller enough to get thru 'til that time) and then grab CS for supper on those nights at our hotel (ASMU).
I know it's a little character-heavy but it's the kids first visit and we probably won't be back for several years.

To be honest, two character meals in a day would probably be a bit much for my kiddos, but more power to you. I was not impressed with Chef Mickey's food, but DD and DS loved interactions and asked to go there again (we are not honoring this request because we're trying a few other restaurants). Tusker House and Crystal Palace are on our must dine list. We're trying CRT and Akershus for the first times this December. DH is insisting on another dinner at Ohana. Fun for the kiddos and us and overall our best meal last time by far!! So good we considered trying to get there twice this time, but cooler heads prevailed.
Overall, I think good choices for family meals.

ITA. However, as I mentioned, we need to use up all our TS meals in the first 6 days as we'll be spending the last 2 full days at Universal. I picked the AK day to do it because I figure that's the shortest park and we'll probably be done with it by 3:00ish, giving us a couple hours to relax before heading to Chef Mickey's.
My original plan was to use that last TS credit on our departing morning (Chef Mickey's or Ohana)....... but honestly, the thought of one more breakfast buffet or full breakfast meal makes me want to barf, lol. One big breakfast a week is more than enough for me and we'll already have had THREE by then.
