On Wed, 2/12 that was our worst day. Youngest DD was getting worse as the day went on. She kept running a fever and had a very bad cough. We deceided to take her to the ER. We got there at 7pm and didn't get in to see the doctor until 11pm!! After some blood work and x-rays, we found out she had a touch of pneumonia!! She had to get in I-V. It was so awful. We finally got back to the house at 1:30am. Spent Thurs giving her antibiotics and rocking her. We did make it back to the Poly that night to watch the fireworks. DD was feeling a lot better so I deceided to go to Mk on Fri. 2/14. Got up that morning and DD was her old self again!! It was just myself and the kids going to MK that day. I was a little nervous about that, but everything worked out great. As soon as we got in the park, there were characters everywhere! We met Timon, Alice, Mad Hatter, Meeko, Gov J Ratcliffe and Max within 15 minutes. After that, we watched the Cinderella show in front of the castle. What a great show. I had tears in my eyes. After the show, we got to meet Minnie which is my youngest DD favorite character. She went right up to her and gave minnie a kiss! It was priceless!! Had a blast riding the rides in Fantasyland. We found a great spot on Main Street for the afternoon parade. My oldest DD got to participate in it! Tears in my eyes again. We rode everything we could. The kids were so tired and wore out! We had gotten there about 9:15am and didn't leave until after the park closed. It was a very magical day. I cannot wait until we get to go back. Hopefully next Feb. we can go to all parks. By the way, DD is feeling 100% better!!
