Despite having been to Florida 4 times this is my first trip report. Before I start I must say that we had a shock checking in to the Poly. For some reason they upgraded us to concierge!! We had spent the first 8 nights at QI Plaza from Dec 3rd and then checked in to the Poly for the remainder. When I asked why they had upgraded us I was told pixie dust?!! WOW. After staying at the concierge we have vowed that if we can afford to go back it has to be concierge. The Poly itself is fantastic but add concierge and we were in heaven1
