Yep, ORMom2Four will soon be ORMom2Five! I'll be 11 weeks along during our next trip (I'm 7 weeks now).

So, what one or two rides would you avoid at Disneyland? How about California Adventure?

I'm thinking Indi is out.....;) I wonder if the drops on TOT would hurt the baby?

This is never popular when I say this, but I have done all of the rides at Disneyland (but not DCA) while in my first trimester, and also early in the 2nd. The only thing that bothered me a little was Indy because of the jerky stops, and Star Tours, but that makes me sick pregnant or not. My old-fashioned (and old), have a sip of wine if you want doctor said no worries. My kids are 6 & 9 now, and fine (although I wonder sometimes :rotfl:). I have to say, though, that I have no problems with pregnancy/miscarriage - I was never high-risk.

Just my experience. Congratulations on the baby!

The choice is yours on how much risk you want to take. Squatting rides where you squat to get in are ones I have seen online as not recommended like Splash Mountain and Bobsleds. Personally I would avoid Indy as it is pretty rough. Star Tours had me hanging from my seat belt because I was at the end of the aisle and I do mean that the only thing between me and the screen was the belt. Mullholland Madness is a mad mouse ride and the roughest coaster in the parks.

This too is my experience. I was not a high-risk preggers either.
But, if you question it yourself then it's a worry for you. It was never a worry for me therefor I never questioned. If it's going to make you worry yourself over it, don't do it. Congrat's on number 5!!!!

I know they post signs at the rides stating if PG don't ride. I would definately listen to the signs. This comes from a momma who has had 2 VERY VERY high risk successful pregnancies. I'm talking months of bed rest, so that's my take on it. And CONGRATS!!

I don't know anything about rides to avoid (or even being pregnant for that matter;)) but I wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS!!!! :yay:
