Hi all,
My nephew is 18 yrs old and a British soldier in Afghanistan. He had his first contact two days ago and thinks he killed a Taliban fighter. He's a machine gunner in a Scimitar APC, so it's quite a long range weapon. He's told us he's not sure but he seems to be.
He's pretty cut up about it all so I'd like to ask for a bit of Pixie Dust for him from people who've been there or know people who have,

My DH is in Iraq, but works at the Embassey so he doesn't see much action, but they are getting shelled a lot here lately. I worry about what the aftermath would be for him if he did have to take someone out.

Hi, Graeme! Pixie dust to him! My DH is also in Afghanistan and this time around it has been much harder for him (and therefore me).

I'll keep him in my prayers!
