First timer with 2 ADR questions!

Hi there! I've been lurking a bit and everyone seems so helpful so I hope you don't mind my questions that may have been asked/answered before!

1. What time is the lunch/breakfast switchover at the crystal palace? We have a ADR for 11:30 which seems like a strange hour, but I didn't know reservations were so hard to get until just this week! Anyway, will it be breakfast or lunch or both?

2. Once I *did* find out this crazy ADR system I scrambled to get an ADR for the Akerhus so our 3 year old could get to meet some princesses! I secured a 2:50 pm for the three of us. Then, I found an 11:30 which was way better timewise for us so I booked that, but didn't realise that I only booked it for 2 not 3 and DH said he would be really sad if he couldn't go. What are the chances they will allow us to change the reservation to 3 without a problem?

Personally, the earlier you eat at Norway the better. We took our granddaughter there when she was 3. The morning menu is so much better than lunch or dinner ( my opinion) I would keep my 11:30 if possible.

Crystal Palance switch over is around 11:30 ( as are most char. breakfasts) I would go online to disney restaurants and double check the times. I may be wrong-- but you may be headed for a lunch menu by then. FYI-- no matter what time of the day its our favorite buffet next to the Hollywood and Vine Little Einsteins. Have a great time!
