First Timer Questions....

I tried to search for these, but the function searches the ENTIRE DISboards and not just the RPR thread (for example), so I apologize as I know the info is out there, I just can't find it at the moment....

We are staying at RPR club level in February (2 adults, 1 child (5)) for 6 nights....

1. Are there laundry facilities where I can do my own laundry if needed? How much per load?

2. Is there a fridge in the club level rooms or is that something that has to be requested and paid for if needed?

3. Do I need to bring my own beach towels for the hotel pools or are there towels available there for guests to use?


If there are any other tidbits of advice for a first timer, I'll take it....regarding eating, playing, etc. My daughter will be 5 at the time and is a thrill seeker. Me, having a real hard time not planning it all like I did for our trip to WDW....trying to make this trip a bit more "relaxed" (so not to drive husband bonkers

Yes there are laundry facilities and yes there are pool towels down in the pool area. The rooms do not come equipped with fridges but you can rent one and I believe you can get one for free if it is being used for storage of medication or baby formula.

There are 3 laundry rooms, I can't remember all the locations but we used the one outside of tower 1 near the pool. Both the washers and dryers were $2.50. There's a book in the room that will tell you where they are located too. Have fun!!!

The refrigerators are $15.00 a night if you don't have a medical need.

The easiest and best way to use the search function is by using the advanced search function, that way you can pick which board you want to search. More often than not it works better lol.

Not only are there towels provided at the RPR pool, at Universal you are allowed to pool hop. So, if you want to try out the Hard Rock or Portofino pools, just take your room key with you. There is a hut at each pool with an attendant who will give you towels.
