First timer on Adrs

We will be on the dining plan and it is FINALLY time to make ressies.
I had chosen restaurants based on DH and DS's menu preferences. Now I feel like we should hit the "classics". Will I regret not trying:
Les Chefs de France
Biergarten
Coral Reef
Ohana
Marakkesh

We are hoping for LeCellier, Crystal Palace, Whispering Canyon, and Boma.
They really want to try Sci-Fi and Cape May which have so so reviews.

Any opinions?

My view on it is that you picked the ones you picked for a reason, and if you want to go to them, I wouldn't give it a second thought. Yes, some of those others are ones that people feel are "must do's" but if they are not what struck your eye, then I wouldn't worry about them.

We are preparing for our second trip, and of the ones you listed that you are worried about missing, we only hit Marakkesh on our first trip. I don't feel like we missed anything at all. We had a great time. Our favorite meal of the entire trip was Crystal Palace.

You will read so so reviews on everyone of the restaurants you referenced within your post. Just realize that menus are subject to change without notice and this is happening at a greater frequency in recent years.

Everyone has their own favorites...it is important to discover and find your own. Our choices would look different from your list and that is a great thing since everyone can't eat at the same restaurants. Popularity often starts to alter the experience too. We also have differences in preferences and expectations when it comes to dining.

I think if you have thoughts of regret you may want to review and discuss your choices with your family, so you can resolve this possible issue or thought while you still have options to get other ADR's, if needed.

I think that your list sounds really good. Although, I'm happy at almost all of the Disney restaurants, so maybe I'm not the best person to answer.
