OK - so I've soaked up more DVC knowledge than I ever thought I could in the past few weeks. Time to step up and make a move. Found a killer deal on an OKW contract and in negotiation right now. Unfortunately, it seems that a lot of OKW deals are getting ROFR'd lately so I'm not sure what to expect once (if) we agree on a price. We'll see where this goes.

I'll update as I go - and if we sign a contract I'll post on the ROFR thread.

Good luck! No point over-paying just to avoid ROFR. Some good OKW deals have started to make it past the monkey again in the last few weeks, so let's hope his appetite is sated.

Agreement reached!! Contract signed this morning... just waiting on seller's signature and confirmation that it was sent over to the monkey. Hopefully he's distracted!
