August will actually be our fourth trip to the World but our first one with the DDP. My ADR window opens on May 19th and I have finally figured out a schedule, I think! I would love to hear opinions and/or suggestions on my choices. Please, let me know if you think I will have a problem getting any of these.

Day 1: dinner at Chefs de France
Day 2: dinner at Mama Melrose (Fantasmic package)
Day 3: lunch at Tony's Town Square
Day 4: dinner at Cape May
Day 5: lunch at Hollywood & Vine
Day 6: dinner at Crystal Palace

Thanks!:confused3

Day 1: dinner at Chefs de France never done
Day 2: dinner at Mama Melrose (Fantasmic package)we do this every year...but with the limited amount of shows, it is tough to get...so be prepared with a back up plan
Day 3: lunch at Tony's Town Squarewe've done both lunch and dinner and have never been disappointed; we actually prefer lunch over dinner--not as rushed and portions a little smaller
Day 4: dinner at Cape Maydone twice; loved it first time; okay the second time
Day 5: lunch at Hollywood & Vinesorry...one of two Disney restaurants that we will NEVER go to again
Day 6: dinner at Crystal Palace we LOVE CP for breakfast; we've never done dinner

Thanks!:confused3

With the list you have, I'd start with Mama Melrose first when asking for your ADR's--I think it will be the hardest to get

The only one we've been to is Crystal Palace. It is a family favorite and on our must do list. :thumbsup2

I agree with PP to start with MM. Because they have cut down on the #of Fantasmic showings that will definitely be the hardest on your list. I should think that the others will be fine as long as you are a little flexible on times. Ex. Around 6, not exactly 6:00 etc...

Thanks KatMark. Any back up suggestions for Mama Melrose or Hollywood & Vine? That's not the first time I have heard bad things about H & V.

The only other restaurant for the Fantasmic Package is Brown Derby and that is two credits per person on the dining plan. I would try for Mama Melrose and if you can't get it then perhaps just line up for Fantasmic and have dinner at Sci Fi or 50's Prime Time instead.

Okay, I think we have decided our final plans. Losing Hollywood and Vine and Tony's Town Square. Adding in their place -

dinner at Chef Mickey's and
lunch at Le Cellier

Any thoughts or comments. Yes or No? Thanks

Haven't been to Le Cellier, but we love Chef Mickey's. The food is pretty basic, but good and the atmosphere is pure Disney.:thumbsup2
