First Timer Help!

I will be in southern california from 3/18-3/22. We are staying in LA the 18-20 and moving to DL the morning of the 20 until we leave the 22 at about 2pm. So my question is what should I do which day? we have 3 day hopper passes, I'm hoping to get to DL by lunch time the latest on the 20th(Friday), spend all day the 21st(saturday) and all morning the 22nd(sunday). We are a young couple in our twenties so we will probably be out somewhat late at night but we are def willing to wake up very early for DL! Any advice would be greatly appreciated, where to eat, get good drinks, fireworks vs fantasmic, when to hit which park, etc. Thanks!!
