DH, myself, 6 yo, almost 4 yo and 2 yo are going to Disney with my in laws in Aug. It will be the my first time as well as the kids. Wondering if there are any BBB tips? we have a reservation for 11:10, but then our Cinderella lunch is at 12:20 is that enough time if we are considering the most expensive BBB package? also, this may sound weird, but my DD has hair issues in that it is very fine, short and patchy in some spots, and I am wondering if there are other options? hair clips? etc obviously she does not have anywhere near long enough hair to do any hair style with.

Also any thoughts on pirates league/jake experience as well as the mermaid package?

Based on our experiences at BBB (5 Castle package makeovers) you won't make that ADR at CRT. We've never been seated at DD's appointment time, always facing a 15-30 minute wait before she's even called into the dressing room, and the makeover itself has taken anywhere from 35-50 minutes depending on her Fairy Godmother in Training. Our longest wait though has always been at Castle Couture for her included photos. In May we spent 25 minutes in line just get the photos taken then another 40 () in line to pick out the ones we wanted (the process takes about 5 minutes if you're decisive but we always get behind families that can't make up their minds). You could always opt to skip the photo portion immediately after your appointment and have them taken after lunch to save time.

As for your DD's hair, there are other packages that include colored ponytail clip-ins and really crazy colored hair clip-ins. You could ask to substitute one of those in place of the bun that's styled with the Castle package.

For our DD5 we had Castle Package reservations at 11am and CRT for lunch at 12:30. We made it with lots of time to spare. You don't have to claim your Castle Couture photos right away. My suggestion would be to show up about 10-15 mins early for your BBB appointment, so that if there is any line, you're checking in on time. Then, after your DD is styled up and her photos taken, come back after lunch to pick out your pictures. That's what we did, in fact we forgot to get back to Castle a Couture for the photos, we came back another day and since all the photos are digital they had them and DW made the selections while the rest of us played some Sorcerers of the MK.

You might mention when you check in (and to your stylist) what time your reservation is so they know what kind of time they are working with. I think it will be a little tight depending on how long you have to wait. If possible you might push it back a bit.
