Hey everyone!

Just booked my first trip the other day for me and my friend! We're not going until August but want to start planning everything right away and we have a few questions.

1) MagicBands. I know it says they don't ship to canada but do we still get to choose our colour and have our names on the inside? When I go into my reservation and choose customize magic band it says my address is invalid

2) Fastpass+. We got the magic your way package, so resort and tickets together, and the reservation is in my name and my friend is listed under the 'family and friends' tab. Now, I know we can only book fast passes 60 days from our trip but when I click on the fastpass+ tab it only shows my name (with a blackout checkmark next to it) and not the other person in my party. Obviously we want to book all our fast passes together so how can we do this?

3) iphone app. I have downloaded the app on my phone and the resort reservation appears on the home screen but when I click on the fastpass option on my phone it asks for the last name and reservation #. When I input this info I get a message that says "this reservation is already linked to an account. Please enter a different ID number or call...". What does this mean? Will I be able to modify fast passes on my phone while we are at the parks or not?

4) Final payment. Last but not least the balance of our trip. So far we just paid the $200 deposit (we booked through the disney website) using a credit card and our balance is due sometime in june. Do I have to go online and pay that balance by the due date or call them or something? Or will they just charge the credit card on file on the day it is due?

Sorry for all the questions but I'm new to all this and we just can't wait for our trip!!

So fun!!!

1) your magicbands will be ready for you when you check into the resort. You can personalize them in your account - name and colour. Not sure why it's saying invalid address...possibly won't let you until the trip is paid. I can't remember.

2) If your bands are linked you will be able to pick fastpass selections together. It lets you click who is included in the fastpass selection

4) You have to make sure you login and pay your balance before the 45 days or you will lose your reservation

1. I think you might have to delete the space in your postal code? Make sure you try on the app and on the website. I can't remember which works better, but we did have this issue once.

New question. For fast passes are we allowed to choose any 3 (obviously ones that have the option) in each park? For example, at hollywood studios can we choose tower of terror, rock n roller coster and toy story mania (assuming they all have availability)??

Fast Passes are 3 per day of purchased park ticket, all must be in the same park. There seems to be a test running right now that is allowing 4 per day? I'd check to see if the test is being offered for your vacation period.

Hollywood Studios & Epcot both have a tiered selection system - eg; Toy Story in one tier and Rockin Rollercoaster & Tower of Terror in another, catch being you have to choose between the two.
At Epcot Soarin & Test Track are in the same level & you'd need to choose between them.
