First time with family

I am traveling to Disney/Universal with my 3 children (Ages 7,6 and 3), husband and father- in- law. We want the experience to be fun but not overwhelming. I have gotten quotes for January 14- 19 and February 4-9, same price, same hotel. Is one month better for crowds than the other?

Feb 4-9 would be much better crowd wise. The January dates fall over a holiday and it will be crowded. I hope this helps
